2.4 Account Verification

phcity reserves the right to verify your identity and personal information at any time as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance procedures. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and payment method verification. Withdrawals may be delayed or denied if satisfactory verification is not completed.

3. Gaming Activities and Fair Play

3.1 Game Participation

You acknowledge that funds deposited to your phcity account are intended solely for gaming purposes. Deposits are non-refundable once processed, except in cases of technical error or as required by law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the phcity Platform without express written permission. Unauthorized use of phcity intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

8.3 Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you deposited to your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

9. Account Closure and Termination

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your phcity account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance subject to standard withdrawal procedures and verification requirements.

9.2 Termination by phcity

phcity reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that we deem harmful to the Platform, other players, or our business interests. Upon termination for cause, we may withhold funds pending investigation and resolution of violations.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of phcity shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

If the matter cannot be resolved through direct communication, you may escalate the complaint to PAGCOR in accordance with their dispute resolution procedures.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

phcity reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to players via email or notification on the Platform. Your continued use of phcity following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
